Shipments and returns

We accept the following methods of payment & Shipment :

--- Cash On Delivery on Most Cities in India.

Convenient Payment and Delivery Instructions  

1. Register yourself Online & Deposit Exact Amount of the Chosen Product Cost by following Means -NEFT or RTGS or Online Net transfer or Cash Deposit or Cheque Deposit or COD

2. Send Email to [email protected] or SMS or Call to +91 9987686385 and Update your Order No and Payment Transaction Details and Postal Address along with Area Pin Code and Mobile No.

3. On confirmation of Receipt of your Payment and your postal Address, Your Order will be immediately taken up for Discreet and Tamper proof Packaging and Dispatch through Courier partners. Shipment / Dispatch will be initiated mostly the same day.

4. Immediately on Dispatch of your Order, We will update you by sms as well as email with the Shipment / Courier Details and Tracking No’s by System Upload or through SMS for the safety of your parcel and convenience

5. You may track your shipment online at any given time after 8 to 10hours of dispatch on respected courier company's website.

6. Your Order / Shipment will reach your Address within 2 to 4 business days across any City or any Destination within India.

7. If you wish to, you may also receive your Order / Shipment directly from your nearest DTDC Courier Office by showing the Courier Tracking No.


Shipping is currently done through Delhivery/Dtdc Courier. Shipping to anywhere in India absolutely free.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no shipping of products on weekends.

Orders will be shipped the same business day (Monday - Saturday) or the following business day if the order is placed on a weekend. It will take 2-3 business days depending upon the destination location.

CUSTOMER SELF PICK UP FACILITY through Dtdc Courier only:-

1. We have partnered with DTDC, India’s leading & No 1 E-commerce logistics company, to launch a revolutionary concept for discreet delivery, called Customer Self Pick-up (CSP).

2. Customer Self Pick-up (CSP) is available across certain PIN codes in the following cities in India

  • Mumbai
  • Delhi
  • Bangalore
  • Chennai
  • Hyderabad
  • Pune
  • Ahmedabad
  • Kolkata
  • Lucknow
  • Coimbatore
  • Cochin
  • Goa

3. While checking out, you may select the option to get the parcel self-collected. You would need to give us your name and PIN code. Our back end will map your location with the available DTDC pick up locations and may either display multiple pick up options (in bigger cities), or just one option (in smaller cities) or we may not currently service a delivery option for your PIN code, and hence request you to opt for the standard delivery option.

4. We will be adding new cities and PIN codes every month and request you to check the CSP PIN code delivery network periodically.

5. At present, we will be delivering only pre-paid orders via the CSP service. In future, we do plan to extend the CSP deliveries for cash on Delivery shipments also.

7. The products will be packed in a tamper proof plastic bag and the delivery personnel will not have any knowledge of what exact products are inside the parcel. The personnel will deliver the products to the DTDC Pick up centre that you have selected.

8. Once the Parcel is received at the our courier partner's pick up centre, a courier Executive will call the Customers mobile number that is printed on the delivery address to inform the customer the following:

a. The parcel has arrived and will be kept at the pick-up centre for 2-3 working days. If not collected, then the parcel will be sent back to warehouse.

b. The Pick-up centre timings for collection are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

c. The parcel may be self-collected by the actual customer or any representative. They would need to bring any of the ‘customers’ photo identity card (mandatory requirement) namely: Driver’s license, PAN card, Passport, Voters ID card, College Identity card along with their own photo Identity card (Government Approved).

9. For whatever reason, if the customer does not pick up the products from the courier centre within 3 working days, the products will be returned to warehouse. If the customer would like us to re-deliver the products, then the customer would need to pay the minimum delivery charge of Rs. 150/- or the actual delivery cost, whichever higher.

10. Customer may check the status of the delivery by visiting the courier partner's website and querying the Airway Bill Number (AWB#) which has been SMS’ed at the time of dispatching the delivery.

Shipping to Internationally

Delivery service may vary to the United States or to other international countries due to the customs and duties of those countries. If there are any duties or customs, it will be the responsibility of the receiver.


Orders are packed in plain unmarked boxes. Your privacy is guaranteed. We do not sell or share your e-mail address or any personal information with other companies.

Out of Stock Items

Items not in stock at our main warehouse will be checked for availability in our Retail Stores. If unsuccessful, you will be notified via email. At this time, we may suggest other suitable items of a similar nature for replacement of the original product requested. Credits or back orders can also be discussed at this time.

We assure you that all products sold on are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Free & Easy Returns promise has got you covered.

Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange (only for unused items) or Refund, backed by the 10 Day Replacement Guarantee.

In any case, all your purchases on are backed by Buyer Protection for 15 days from the date of delivery, lest you have any issues.
